Let me tell you a little about who I am and what I am here to do on the planet. In general, I am a loving soul who enjoys connection with other human beings and recognizes that truly we are all one. I have been on a journey to my life purpose for a number of years now. As in many journeys toward our purpose in life, Spirit has revealed it to me bit by bit. I started out as a traditional therapist quite a few years ago. That started me generally on the right track: I have always been fascinated by the human mind and emotions and how they work.

At one point, I was going through some marital problems and I started seeing a life coach. I soon noticed the things my coach was suggesting actually worked for me (as opposed to some of my past experiences as both a consumer and professional working with traditional therapy), and one day I realized I wanted to be able to offer that level of assistance to my own clients. The difference, for me, is that in life coaching the client is encouraged to take responsibility for creating one’s life and to therefore change whatever is no longer serving them. So, I took a leap and signed up for a life coaching program in California, at the Hendricks Institute.

I had no idea how I was going to pay for it. That was my first lesson in conscious living: the power of commitment. Soon after, a new friend of mine, who happened to be an exotic dancer, said: ‘why don’t you just try dancing; it’s really easy and you’ll make a lot of money.’ So I did. And it was really easy and lucrative, and also it was exhilarating and life changing in many ways. I had an inkling at that time that it was also related to my life purpose. I have since retired from dancing, but gradually along the way I began to set the intention that I would work with more individuals and couples on their issues related to sexuality, and I have. I offer individual and couples’ sessions, both in person and on the phone.

About a year ago, I started on yet another journey with a friend of mine into the world of channeling. For those of you who may not know, channeling is an ability to allow other entities to speak through one’s body, in this case spirit guides. My friend began learning the process of channeling, and I was present with her, taking notes. (By the way, we are always careful about the energies that we invite in, inviting only those with a very high vibration and ensuring protection from lower energies.) Our sessions evolved into a weekly meditation group which involves channeling and other forms of healing after the meditation. My spirit guides, which are my non-physical friends who have signed on to guide me throughout my lifetime, speak through my friend (as do hers) and they tell me it is the desire of my High Self to do more writing about S.E.X., or Synergistic Energy Exchange. In many past lives I have been a priestess dealing with sacred sexuality, but in those lifetimes I was persecuted and even killed. Now I have returned in this New Era where it is safe to do my work in the world. I hope you will join me in exploring the many aspects of sacred sexuality and relationships.
